Breaking the silence reflects the orchestra’s return to the stage in their 30th year. It is a celebration of some of the pieces we were going to present this year along with an introduction of soon to be world renowned singers Kang Kwan and Sarah Winn.
Hosted by Gary Thorpe (4MBS) and conducted by Antoni Bonetti, this fabulous program starts with a fanfare from Dukas La Peri and is followed by a musical journey through your favorite pieces including Nutcracker, Pastoral symphony, Mozart and even Wagner’s overture to Lohengrin. This concert is sure to delight and as the concert starts at 6:30 pm this will be a delightful start to your memorable evening.
